Ellen'S Cheese Cake

   Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and almond flavoring.

   Beat egg whites separately adding 1 cup sugar gradually.

   Beat until stiff, then fold into cheese mixture; pour into spring-form pan lined with crust and bake at 350u00b0 for 35 minutes.

   Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes, then mix remaining sour cream with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; spread on cake and top with remaining crumbs.

   Bake additional 5 minutes at 425u00b0.

   Cool away from drafts; chill and remove sides of pan.
