Elim Fried Chicken

   Place the flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Shake chicken pieces in the coating mix.

   Put the chicken on a well-greased cookie sheet that is lined with tinfoil.

   Spoon the melted butter over each 6 or 8 pieces of chicken, depending on the size.

   Bake in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes until nice and brown, at 425u00b0 for 20 minutes, then at 350u00b0 for the remainder of the time.
