Eggs With Coriander And Serrano Chili

   Grill the chile pepper lightly and then add it to a food processor with the coriander leaves, water, and pinches of salt and pepper. Puree the mixture and set it aside.

   Add the eggs to a preheated skillet and scramble them.

   Add the sauce to the eggs and stir well.

   Cook until the liquid evaporates. Serve the eggs alone or on a corn tortilla.
