Eggless Applesauce Fruit Cake Recipe

   Boil 5 min.

   Let stand overnight.

   3 teaspoon soda 1 teaspoon nutmeg 2 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cloves 1 pound dates 1 pound raisins 1/4 pound each nuts, candied cherries, pineapple, and citron (I use the citron mix 1 or possibly 2 pound etc.)

   Dredge nuts and fruit in flour, soda, and spices.

   Mix all ingredients together.

   Bake in greased and floured pans filled 2/3 full 2 1/2 hrs or possibly till done at 250 degrees.
