Egg Salad Sandwich

   Have an adult boil or cook the egg for you.

   After it is cool, have someone help chop the egg into small pieces.

   In a bowl, mix the egg, mayonnaise or salad dressing and relish. Carefully add seasonings to your taste. Arrange extras on your bread, such as lettuce, tomatoes, bacon.

   Spread the egg mixture on the other slice of bread.

   Makes filling for 1 sandwich.
