Egg Salad

   Boil the eggs until they are hardboiled.

   Cut them into small pieces and put them into a bowl.

   Add the onion, finely chopped, the celery, finely chopped, the mustard powder and mayonnaise into the bowl with the eggs.

   Mix until blended.

   Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
