1 pound grnd beef
1 teaspoon instant onion
1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 pound grated mozzarella cheese

Slice egg plant and brown in butter.

Place in shallow 2 qt baking dish.
