Finely chop the onion.

Put the shirataki noodles in a pan with water.

Bring to a boil, and boil for 3 minutes.

Drain well, and cut up in to easy to eat lengths.

Mix the chopped onion, drained shirataki noodles, egg, natto and mentsuyu together very well.

Top with shredded nori seaweed and it's done!
