Ingredients: 4.5 cups flour; 2 tsp soda; 2 tsp salt; 1 tsp nutmeg; 1 tsp cinnamon; 3 cups oatmeal (quick cook); 1.5 cups Brown Sugar; 1.5 cups White Sugar; 4 sticks (yes 4) of softened butter; 4 eggs; 2 tsp vanilla; 2-12 oz packages of mini semi-sweet choc chips (I only use about 1.5 bags). Using these mini chips works much better in these small cookies. Also, don't try milk chocolate chips. They tasted awful.
