Follow the instructions on the brownie mix box to make a cake-like brownie and bake it in a 23 x 23 cm brownie tin.

Once the brownies are in the oven, follow the instructions on the box of the vanilla pudding mix to make the vanilla pudding.

The ingredients that you will need to make the brownies and vanilla pudding (egg, water, milk, etc.)

Allow the baked brownies and vanilla pudding to cool to room temperature.

Once both the brownie and vanilla pudding have cooled to room temperature, pour the vanilla pudding on top of the brownie.

Add the frosting ingredients to a heat-resistant bowl and melt them together in the microwave.

(Heating time will vary depending on the wattage of the microwave so adjust it accordingly.

I melted the ingredients for around 30 seconds using a 1200 W model).

The frosting ingredients will separate in the microwave but if you add the powdered sugar in 3 batches, stirring gently after each addition, the frosting should become nice and smooth.

When the frosting is complete, pour it over the vanilla pudding and leave the whole pudding to chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Cut the cake into whatever size you like and serve.

(After about 1 day the frosting will begin to melt so serve this on the day that you make it if possible.)
