1 packages Soy Sauce Ramen Noodles
100 grams Ground pork
1/2 bunch Chinese garlic chives
1/4 Japanese leek
1/2 packages Bean sprouts (if available)
1 clove Garlic
1 Red chili pepper cut into small pieces
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper
500 ml Water

Heat oil, garlic, finely chopped Japanese leeks, and finely chopped red pepper in a frying pan, sauteing over low heat until aromatic.

Saute the ground pork.

Crumble the pork to your liking.

I personally prefer large chunks since it is easier to eat.

Saute the Chinese chives cut into about 5 cm with the bean sprouts, and season with salt and pepper.

Add the water and bring to a boil.

After it comes to a boil, add noodles and boil for 3 minutes while loosening the noodles.

Place the soup base in the serving bowl first.

After boiling the noodles, transfer to a serving bowl, stir well, and enjoy.
