2 clove Garlic
4 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sake
2 tbsp Mirin
1 heaping tablespoon Sugar
2 tbsp Oil
1 dash Salt and pepper
1 Katakuriko
1 Butter

Thinly slice the garlic and mix together with the seasoning ingredients.
