Easy Tartar Sauce

   Put the yolks of the boiled egg into a bowl and use a fork to mash them up.

   Use a knife to mince the egg whites..

   Put all of the ingredients into the bowl with the egg yolk and mix everything together while mashing the yolk.

   It's convenient to buy a bag of minced parsley and keep it stored in the freezerso that you don't have to mince it.

   My friend suggested seasoning it with salt and pepper.

   I like a mildly salty and sweet taste, but if you want to add salt and pepper, go for it!
