Easy Strawberry or Raspberry Yoghurt Ice Cream

   Wash and remove the green part of the strawberries.

   Process the strawberries in a food processor.

   Squeeze the orange and lemon and place the juice in the strawberry mixture, along with the sugar.

   (Optional: set the mixture aside for 2 hours to intensify the flavour of the fruit).

   Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.

   Move into the freezer.
