Easy Stew

   Cut meat into bite size portions.

   Brown well in oil.

   Drain off excess oil and add water and soup mix.

   Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer about 1 hour, adding small amounts of water as needed to maintain level.

   Add tomato sauce and continue simmering another hour.

   Add potatoes and when almost done, add remaining vegetables.

   Continue cooking until potatoes are done.
