Slice can of spam into about 12 slices or less. Thickness of spam is up to you!

Brown sliced spam in frying pan.

While browning sliced spam, Mix the 1 cup sugar and 1 cup shoyu together in a measuring cup. Stir.

Pour the shoyu mixture into the frying pan with the spam.

Simmer spam in sauce. The sauce will thicken up naturally.

I forgot to say... While all this is going on prepare the rice in the rice cooker. I usually have extra rice so maybe 3 cups is enough

So after the rice is done and spam is done get your seaweed

Lay seaweed flat and put your rice shaper ontop of the seaweed. Shape the rice put a slice of spam and some sauce on top of rice, wrap in seaweed and seal with little water.

If you can't find a rice shaper you could mold it anyway you like with other things. You could get creative with your hands. As long as the spam, rice and seaweed is there and you taste it all at once it will still be a spam musubi...
