Easy Southern Style Brownies Recipe

   Recipe is for 8 x 8 inch pan of brownies, double if using 9 x 13 inch pan.

   Prepare brownies mix according to box or possibly recipe.

   Stir in butterscotch chips and nuts.

   Bake according to directions.

   When brownies are done, remove from oven and turn on broiler.

   Combine melted butter, brown sugar and coconut in bowl.

   Spread on brownies.

   Place pan 6 inches from broiler and broil 2 to 3 min or possibly till top is melted and golden.

   Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
