Easy Roasted Soy Flour Snowball Cookies

   Pre-heat the oven to 170C.

   Put the bowl on a scale and add all the ingredients.

   Mix well with a spatula.

   I rolled them by hand this time.

   Line up on a baking tray with gaps in between them, and bake for 15 minutes at 320F/170C.

   Done!

   If you touch them they will crumble, so wait until they have cooled down.

   Once they have cooled, coat in a mixture of soybean flour and sugar, as you like.
