Easy "Roast Beef" Cooked In A Frying Pan

   Mix the ingredients together in a measuring cup.

   Pat the beef dry and rub in some salt and pepper.

   Brown the meat in a frying pan.

   (Choose a block of beef that's rectangular in shape if at all possible.)

   Add the combined sauce to the frying pan and bring to a boil.

   Cook the beef for 2 minutes per side, for a total of 8 minutes.

   Turn off the heat, put a lid on and leave to cool.

   When the beef has cooled down, put it with the sauce into a plastic bag, take out the air and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

   Turn the meat over occasionally while it rests, to allow the sauce to penetrate it evenly.

    Combine half of the liquid in the bag with the ingredients to make the sauce.

    I recommend dipping the meat in the sauce to eat it; it's delicious.
