Easy & Rich Chocolate Cake - 3 Ingredients, 3 Minutes in the Microwave

   Place the pancake mix, cocoa powder, and milk (and sugar if using unsweetened cocoa) into the silicone steamer and combine well.

   Break the chocolate into pieces and add 2/3 to the batter.

   Stir well.

   Place the remaining 1/3 on the top.

   Cover the silicone steamer with the lid and microwave for 3 minutes at 500 W. Leave for another 3 minutes with the lid on to steam.

   Once it has finished steaming, remove from the container and place on a rack to cool.

   It tastes delicious whether you enjoy it right away while the chocolate is still gooey, or if you chill it in the refrigerator.
