Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef cooked,in frying pan, drain grease from ground beef, set aside; 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatos; 1 can 15. oz kindey beans; 1 can 14.5 green beans; 1 can tomato paste 6 .oz; 1 can 15.oz carrots; 2 cup beef stock; 8 cup water; 1 cup bowl tie pasta; 1 cup minestrone pasta; 1 large onion diced; 2 garlic cloves chopped finely; 2 tsp basil; 2 tsp a parsley; 1 half teaspoon of oregano; 1/2 a teasp thyme; 1 tsp of salt and pepper each

add all seasonings and to the large pot, of boiling water

keep at a boil for 8 to 10 minutes, now reduce heat ,cover pot for at least 8 minutes Simer, turn off stove, covered don't open 15 minutes.
