1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 c. milk
