Easy Mascarpone Spritz Cookies

   Bring the mascarpone, butter, and egg yolk to room temperature.

   Sift the flour.

   Preheat the oven to 180C (356 Fahrenheit).

   Making the dough:

   Put the mascarpone into a bowl and whisk until it's creamy.

   Add the butter and sugar and continue to whisk.

   Add the egg yolk, olive oil, flour, and salt into the same bowl, and mix until smooth.

   Transfer the dough into a pastry bag, and pipe onto a baking tray.

    Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
