Easy Marble Sponge Cake in the Microwave with Pancake Mix

   Mix the milk and sugar together in a bowl.

   Then add the pancake mix, and mix in well with a whisk.

   Transfer half of the mixture to a separate bowl and mix it together with the cocoa powder.

   You can add some chopped up chocolate into the bowl from Step 2 if you'd like as well.

   (I used 10 g).

   Add half of the olive oil into each bowl and mix it in well.

   Once you've added the batter from Step 1 to the silicon steamer, pour the batter from Step 3 over the top and use a rubber spatula to create a swirl pattern.

   Put the cake in the microwave for 3 minutes at 500 W and leave it to steam for a further 3 minutes.

   Then it's ready!
