Ricotta or cottage cheese; 1 egg; 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese; 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese; 8 oz. wide lasagna noodles (raw)

2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. wide lasagna noodles (raw)

Brown meat in frying pan, breaking up any lumps.

Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

In small mixing bowl, mix Ricotta or cottage cheese, egg and Parmesan cheese.

Put a little of the meat sauce in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, then start alternating layers as follows:

layer of raw noodles, 1/3 meat sauce, 1/2 of cheese mixture, repeat and then top with last of 1/3 of meat sauce.
