1/2 cups Minced White Onion

2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
1- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Basil
1/4 cups White Wine (like Pinot Grigio)
1 can (6 Oz. Can) Tomato Paste
1 cup Water
2 pinches Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoons Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer the sauce for 15 minutes before seasoning with kosher salt and black pepper.
