Add flour and whisk until a rue forms... its a thicker paste like consistency but should not have any lumps or be so thick that you cant stir it.

Now, add the rue to the pot pie ingredients and stir to combine until thickened.

Put one of your pie crusts on the bottom of your pie dish.

Place the other pie crust on top and mold the crust together to form whatever pretty design you like.

Cut 4-5 slits in the top of the crust so the pie can breathe.

Bake at 350F for about 30-35 minutes depending on your oven.
