Easy Heart-Shaped Chocolate Pies

   Break the chocolate bar into pieces, and place in a bowl.

   Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 1 minute.

   Even if there are some pieces left, they will melt in residual heat, so keep stirring.

   Spread the chocolate on the puff pastry all over like this.

   Fold one edge to the centre line.

   Do the same with the other side.

   And fold in half.

   Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the freezer for about 15 minutes so that it will be easier to cut.

    When the dough is half frozen, cut into 7-8 mm thick slices.

    Line the baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the pieces with space in between.

    Brush with the egg yolk all over.

    Bake in the oven for about 16 minutes at 180C.
