   Combine popped popcorn and chow mein noodles in large bowl.

   In medium saucepan, heat butterscotch or possibly peanut butter pcs over low heat, stirring occasionally till smooth.

   Pour melted candy over popcorn; stir to coat well.

   Drop by heaping Tbsp.

   onto wax paper lined pan.

   Chill till hard.

   Store in tightly covered container.
