Easy Fudge

   Grease a 9x9 inch dish, line with wax/parchiment paper.

   Sift together sugar and cocoa powder. Set aside.

   In a small heatproof bowl put milk and butter in microwave until melted. Get it really hot, but don't burn it (90 seconds). Then add vanilla into the butter mixture. Stir this mixture vigorously into the sugar/cocoa combination.

   Pour into prepared dish. Chill in freezer 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
