Easy Fruit Salad

   Soften cream cheese or let set to room temperature.

   In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and marshmallow cream with hand mixer.

   Drain fruit cocktail and mandarin oranges well (excess juice makes the salad runny.)

   Fold fruit and coconut into the cream cheese mix lightly, as not to crush the oranges.

   Refrigerate and serve cold.
