Easy Focaccia Made in a Toaster Oven

   Put the ingredients into a plastic bag and mix well.

   Add the flour and baking powder and mix well.

   You don't need to sift!

   Line the toaster oven baking pan with foil or parchment paper and fill with the bread dough.

   It's easier if you cut a corner off of the bag and squeeze it onto the baking sheet.

   Toast in a toaster oven for 5-6 minutes until the surface is toasted.

   I recommend toasting with some herb salt or sliced tomatoes and olive oil on top!
