Easy Enchiladas

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

   Cook the beef and onions in a skillet over medium high heat until well browned.

   Stir often to separate meat as it cooks; pour off any fat.

   Stir in taco seasoning, refried beans, and cheddar cheese soup.

   Stir until well heated and combined.

   Salt and pepper to taste.

   Divide the beef mixture among the tortillas.

   Roll up the tortillas and place seam side down in a 3-quart shallow baking dish in which you have placed half of the enchilada sauce.

   Pour the remainder of the sauce over the finished enchiladas.

    Cover with the shredded cheddar cheese.

    Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

    Top with your favorite salsa, lettuce, and tomatoes.
