If unavailable, chinese soup stock is okay); 1/2 tsp Salt; 2 tbsp Mayonnaise; 1 tbsp each Grainy mustard and Honey; 1 & 1/2 tablespoons each Ketchup and Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce; 1 tbsp Honey

1 breast Chicken Breast Meat (skinless)
1/2 an egg Eggs (beat)
2 tbsp Corn starch or katakuriko
1 tsp Garlic powder

Cut up the chicken breast and then mince it in a food processor.

Add in all the other ingredients and then blend it one more time until it all mixes together.

In a frying pan, add a generous amount of oil and heat it up.

Next, once you have formed the mixture from Step 1 into nuggets, add them in.

Fry them till both sides are golden brown.

Transfer to a plate and serve with the sauce or your desired seasonings!
