Easy clean cake pan coating.

   Cream the shortening and oil together until creamy.

   Mix in flour, combine until creamy.

   Spoon into a clean jar with lid for storage.

   When baking, use a pastry brush to paint a thin layer of pan coating onto pans.

   pour in batter as usual and bake.

   Baked goods will release easily from pans after baking.

   Wash up will also be easy.

   I have kept this in refrigerator for many months, but it mostly runs out in a month or so and I have to make more!
