1
Prep a 9x9 pan by lining with foil, allowing the foil to hang over two sides of the dish for easy removal.
2
Combine chocolate and condensed milk in the top of a double boiler, with simmering water in the bottom. Since I do not have a double boiler, I fake it with a glass bowl sitting on top of a pot with some boiling water (just make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water).
3
Stir chocolate and condensed milk until melted and combined, about 5 to 7 minutes. Be sure to keep stirring so the mixture does not burn.
4
When melted through, quickly transfer mixture to the prepared 9x9 pan. Smooth to an even layer using a spatula. You should move quickly as the fudge will set. Top with walnuts and lightly press the nuts into the top.
5
Refrigerate for 2 hours to let set. Remove from pan and cut into bite size pieces. Enjoy!
