Ingredients: 3 lbs ground turkey; 3 cans black beans; 2 cans kidney beans; 3 cans diced tomatoes; 1 can tomato paste; 1 can pureed chipotle chile (or puree your own); 2 jalapeno peppers, diced; 1 serrano pepper, diced; 2 green bell peppers, diced; 1 red bell pepper, diced; 3 onions, diced; 1 tablespoon chili powder; 1 tablespoon cumin; salt; lime juice; tortilla chips (better than crackers!); cheddar cheese or queso blanco or chihuahua cheese; sour cream

3 lbs ground turkey
3 cans black beans
2 cans kidney beans
3 cans diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can pureed chipotle chile (or puree your own)
2 jalapeno peppers, diced

lime juice
