Easy Chicken Mushroom Bake Recipe

   Arrange chicken pcs in 13x9 inch pan.

   In medium mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients; mix well.

   Pour over chicken.

   Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or possibly till tender.

   Serve mushroom mix as gravy with potatoes if you like.

   Yield 4-5 servings.

   Variation: Sherry Baked - stir in 1/4 to 1/2 c. cooking sherry with mushroom soup, omitting lowfat milk.
