6 boneless chicken breasts (pounded to about 1/4-inch thickness)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
3 -4 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup marsala wine
1/3 cup sherry wine
grated parmesan cheese (optional)
