Easy Chicken Cacciatore

   1. Set oven to 375 degrees.

   2. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges approximately 1 inch thick.

   3. Combine chicken, potatoes and olives into dish.

   4. Cover with spagetti sauce.

   5. Cook for 30-45 minutes uncovered.

   6. Remove and blend in vegetables as desired, then place back into oven for another 30-45 minutes.

   NOTE: If using frozen vegetables you can blend them in with chicken and potatoes and just let it cook all together. The olives are optional of course but they do tend to add an interesting flavor to the dish.
