Easy Cherry Torte

   Prepare instant pudding according to the directions on the boxes, and allow to set in the refrigerator.

   After the pudding is set, fold in the two Cool Whip tubs. Place a layer of graham crackers across the bottom of the casserole dish. Spoon about half of the pudding/Cool Whip mix on top of the graham crackers. Then spread the contents of two of the pie filling cans across the pudding layer. Repeat the layers with the graham crackers, remaining half pudding/Cool Whip mix, and remaining two pie filling cans.

   Store in your freezer until ready to serve; refrigerate or freeze remaining.

   * Two of the cans of cherry pie filling can be replaced with another berry, like raspberry or blueberry. The instructions remain the same, just put one can of each per pie filling layer.
