1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cups cooked rice
2 packages broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup Cheese Whiz
2 tablespoons butter
¾ cup milk
1 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated romano cheese

Saute onions and garlic in oil for five minutes till slightly browned.

Add rice saute for 1 more minute.

Mix in broccoli and place into baking dish.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
