Ingredients: 1 10 oz can of cream of chicken soup; 1 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup; 1 tsp season salt; 1 tsp black pepper; 1 16 oz french onion chip dip; 2 frozen diced hashbrowns, thawed; 2 packages shredded cheddar cheese; 1 medium diced onion; 1/2 each medium diced red & green peppers; 1 stick of unsalted butter; 2 tbsp salted butter

Servings: persons

1 10 oz can of cream of chicken soup
1 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp season salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 16 oz french onion chip dip
2 frozen diced hashbrowns, thawed
2 packages shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium diced onion
1/2 each medium diced red & green peppers
1 stick of unsalted butter
2 tbsp salted butter

Preheat oven @ 400.

In a skillet saute peppers and onions in 2 tbsp salted butter.

Set aside.

In a large 13x9 pan, mix all ingredients, except 1 package of cheese.

Cover with foil & bake for 45 minutes.

Mix again & add last package of cheese on top.

Bake uncovered for another 20 minutes or when cheese melts & everything is bubbly.
