1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2/3 c milk
1 tbsp dry onion soup mix
1/3 c dry bread crumbs
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 - 2 1/2 oz can mushroom pieces, drained
2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp catsup

Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl, mixing well.

Shape into flat rectangle on waxed paper.

Sprinkle with cheese and mushrooms.

Roll as for jelly roll.

Place in glass baking dish. Microwave on Roast for 25 to 30 minutes to to 140 degrees internal temperature.

Combine brown sugar, mustard, and catsup in bowl, blending well.

Pour over meat loaf.
