2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix

Grease a square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inches.

Mix cooked ground beef with herbs, tomato paste and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese in a separate bowl.

In the baking dish, place a layer of cottage cheese, then layer of Parmesan cheese, then beef mixture, evenly.

Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper with a wire whisk until smooth, approximately 1 minute.
