Easy beef stroganoff

   Cut beef into bite size pieces.

   Dice onion and wash and slice mushrooms.

   In a deep skillet heat enough oil to coat bottom of pan,brown seasoned meat.

   Remove meat add onions and mushrooms cook until tender

5. 5

   Add brown gravy and salt and pepper heat throughly

6. 6

   Add sour cream.

   More or less to your liking.

   Serve over egg noodles.
