1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. minced onions
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 bouillon cubes
2 c. hot water
dash of Tabasco sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. catsup
1/2 c. sour cream

Cut the sirloin into 1 x 1/8-inch strips and cook in the butter until brown.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in saucepan.
