Easy Beef Stew

   of the oil in Dutch oven or large saucepan on medium-high heat.

   Add steak; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.

   or until browned on all sides.

   Remove steak from saucepan; cover to keep warm.

   Cook onions and peppers in remaining 1 Tbsp.

   oil in same pan 2 to 3 min.

   or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

   Add broth and steak; bring to boil.

    Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.

    Simmer 1 hour or until steak is tender.

    Stir in steak sauce.
