Easy beef crockpot stew

   Cut the skirt steak into bite size cubes.

   Place in your slow cooker

   Roughly chop onion and celery.

   I liked big pieces of onion in my stew, but up to you.

   Throw in with the beef

   Add tomatoes and water to cover beef and veges

7. 7

   Add all spices and about a tsp of salt.

   Cook on low for 8-9 hrs.

   Salt to taste.

    Serve with mashed potatoes.
