Easy and Fluffy Steamed Breakfast Cake Made with Pancake Mix

   Mix the egg, milk, sugar, and vegetable oil in a microwave silicon steamer case.

   Add the pancake mix and stir.

   Cover the steamer case and heat for 3.5 minutes in the microwave at 500W.

   Done!

   Fresh out of the microwave!

   So light and fluffy.

   I just eyeball the amount for the pancake mix.

   I use half a pack of a 200 g box.

   I use a measuring spoon for the other ingredients as I add them to the steamer.

    Additional notes: A variation with chocolate.

    I added 1 tablespoon of powdered chocolate milk and 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

    Sprinkled some powdered sugar on top.

    When making this cake to serve as a snack, please increase the amount of sugar, or add 1 tablespoon butter.

    These additions makes it tastier and more like regular cake.
